Warner TV is an Asia Pacific version of the US channel TNT, and featured shows from both Turner and Warner Bros studio. It had great content but the brand was looking dated, and required a much needed rebrand. The logo was clumsy and the washed out colors of the channel navigation was right out of the 90’s. Ratings where not reflecting the really great content on the channel. We revamped the brand completely breathing new life into a dated and me too channel, in less time and for a quarter of the budget the completion spent, not to mention how little is was compared to what the US or Europe channels would spend.
The complete rebrand was well received by Warner Bros and Fans, ratings saw an immediate increase and we are now number 1 in both Singapore and The Philippines and expanded into new markets across Asia. The Warner Bros Global Head of marketing wanted the look to be global and it was adopted in other markets across the globe. In fact I was the only one who was allowed to actually change the WB logo lock up.
A unique Social awareness campaign for Sony and Conservation International and AppleTV+ Narrated by Joel Kinnaman from the series, For All Mankind.
Looking at Earth from space, it's clear that we've done much to harm our planet, our home. We can still fix this but the time to act is now — we are perhaps the last generation with a chance to get this right. Visit the conservation site and donate
This was a lone wolf project and that gave me the opportunity to run with it. I conceptualized, wrote and produced the film, including a day in a hotel room with a very talented Joel Kinnaman, who is seriously invested in this important topic. Special thanks to the Sony producers and the team at Sony Conservation International.
A full multichannel campaign for the return of the iconic 90’s show, Mad About You. Spectrum Originals asked us to come up with a campaign that introduced Paul and Helen to a whole new audience while respecting the devote fans of the original series. We worked closely with the talent to produce fun and heartfelt spots about the return of this loving couple as they deal with a whole new set of life challenges. Paul and Helen were amazing to work with and their dynamic is still as strong as it was almost 25 years ago. It was an incredible experience to be a part of something so special.
In the entertainment industry, you create a lot of flashy sales decks, and it’s not too hard when you have great content. Every once in a while, you get a unique challenge. The head of International distribution at Sony Pictures, Keith LeGoy is a passionate and charismatic guy, and he expects his decks to be just like him, bold and next level, even an internal sales meeting deck. He loves music and that’s where it always starts, we sat down and he told me how much he loved the Beatles song, Come Together, and how perfect that would be as his theme for his international sales team meeting. I thought the Beatles were a bit expected, so I suggested the Gary Clark Jr. version. he loved it but the Beatles didn’t go away, we followed Sgt. Pepper album cover art was our graphic theme but gave it a modern flavor. the main image has every one of his global sales team featured. Getting those images was like herding cats…all done in a week. No idea how we pulled it off. Enjoy.
My very first creative project when I joined was the Sony Pictures holiday reel. All eyes in Sony are on this, it will play for months across the lot, on the global website, and sent out by the presidents to the industry. No pressure. The reel is a sizzle of the year’s best content produced by the studio, television, and movies as well as teasing upcoming content. The approvals went through, but the main client was the Sony Television Studio heads. They loved the idea and championed it to the end.
I knew I had to do something different, but in the entertainment world, there are an infinite number of reels produced every year. So, I decided to embrace the holiday theme and I wrote a narration that we could match show and movie clips too. But that was not enough, I looked at countless old reels and I realized the go-to VO was the movie guy voice or some famous person. I thought, how about a loving and warm female voice, something I found out later had never been done. A reel had never been narrated by a woman. I found the perfect storytelling voice and it was magical. I made minor tweaks from the first cut and it was in the can. Approved by everyone first pass…it was extremely well received by everyone and used repeatedly, it also played longer on the screens on the Sony Studio lot than any other holiday reel previously. It still gives me goosebumps.
We produce on the ground experiential promotion for our affiliates and partners, getting new subscribers and helping to elevate the brand. For one affiliate we conceptualized and produced a one of kind escape room challenge. The event was at one of the many shopping centers in Singapore and was a challenging escape room, themed around the DC universe and other shows on Warner TV. It was a huge success with lines until closing.

I have loved Cartoon Network since it launched in 1992, so when I got the chance to be the Executive Creative Director for Turner APAC (now WarnerMedia), and Cartoon Network was one of the TV brands I would be overseeing…it was a dream come true. From 2012 to 2018 I was the brand guardian, I created animation, built themed attractions, branded a bullet train and a cruise ship, and produced award-winning promotional creative as well as branded content for the most successful kids’ channel in Asia. The most fun I ever had while getting paid. There is too much to share — call me and I’ll talk about Cartoon Network forever.
The Adult Swim brand is hugely popular in the US and has a small but devoted following in Australia. We launched Adultswim.com.au and OTT apps on IOS, Android and Windows Devices in 2014. The site is a geoblocked, ad supported non linear channel with clips and full episodes of all the great Adult Swim shows. I managed all aspects of the business from the user experience, content strategy and promotion, through to the marketing and across social and other digital platforms to the look and feel, we even did a few radio ads.

A complete rebrand of two channels for Sony in South East Asia. It was a very fast turn around but the quality of work was expected to be world class. BIG Thanks to my production partners in Hong Kong, Carbon and Red Cactus.
